Requirements

From the game's “Estimated Require” panel

In the game, open the Aniimo menu (5 on PC) while in your Homeland, then click the black ! circle next to Ability Distribution to open the Estimated Require panel. Type each number you see there into the box under the matching ability below (same order as the game). The planner then finds Aniimo whose Homeland abilities add up to at least these amounts.

Your Homeland

Tell the planner how much room you have for Aniimo, and which buildings you've built.

Buildings

Counts start at the most you can place at your RV level; lower any you haven't built (0 means not built). Your Aniimo are a pool that moves between buildings; a building only stops while no Aniimo is free to work it. Full-time producers (Mine, Well and the Leisure buildings) make goods from nothing, so each keeps one Aniimo busy all the time, and so do climate buildings and the generator. Part-time processors turn other goods into products, so they only work while they have inputs: the planner compares a few busy levels on the Optimise tab, or type a building's own busy %. Part-time farm work (Farmland and Woodland plots) only needs help now and then – each step takes about 5 seconds per plot. All your Aniimo, including any in the Homebuilding Zone, share your RV level's space limit.

How many Building Type Who can work here Best personality

Personalities are random on each Aniimo you catch, so look for the personality on an Aniimo with the right ability. It only speeds up work at its own building.

* Guides only publish the first and last Farmland, Woodland and Mine limits. The levels in between come from the RV upgrade requirements (for example, the game asks you to place 18 Farmland plots before RV 10) and haven't been checked in-game yet.

Available Aniimo

The planner can use every Aniimo you can normally catch (base and regional forms), as many of each as it needs. Prismana forms and legendary Aniimo are left out unless you tick them, and so is a lower evolution stage (e.g. a Lumin) when an Aniimo it evolves into (e.g. its Nova) is at least as good at every job. Untick any Aniimo you don't want suggested.

Your starter You only get one starter. Choose yours so the planner can use it.

Workforce Recommendation

Press "Optimise workforce" once you've filled in Requirements and Homeland.

Recommended Workforce

The smallest group of Aniimo that covers your requirements and buildings, chosen from your Available Aniimo.

Ability Coverage

Your requirement targets compared with the recommended team's total ability levels.

Ability Needed Team total Status

Building Jobs

Who works where. Full-time jobs show a number of Aniimo. Part-time jobs (processors and farm steps) show how much of one Aniimo's day they take, e.g. 50% means half of one Aniimo's day.

Personalities to Look For

Personalities are random on each Aniimo, so look for these on an Aniimo with the ability shown. Each one makes its buildings work 20% faster, only at those buildings.

E-mode (power)

From RV 12 a Crackle Generator can power buildings in E-mode: they need no Aniimo and run at the speed of the power grid. The planner picks which ones to power so you need as few Aniimo as possible.
